<Product warranty>

Due to the product specifications, FLIR ONE PRO cannot be repaired, the built-in battery cannot be replaced, temperature calibration cannot be performed, or a traceability certificate cannot be issued, regardless of whether this is paid or free of charge.

Products with serial numbers shipped to Japan, with proof of purchase that the product was purchased in Japan within the past year, and with user registration within 30 days of purchase, are eligible for a one-year product warranty from the date indicated on the proof of purchase only if the manufacturer acknowledges a product defect.

If the above conditions are not met, or if the product is physically damaged after use, regardless of whether it is caused intentionally or accidentally, the product warranty will not apply.

Please note that even in the case of initial defects, user registration is required within 30 days of purchase, so please do not forget to register.
